Our Fee for the Tenant find service is:
- Set up fee £360.00 including VAT
- Tenant find only fee is 80% of one month’s rent plus VAT. Minimum of £600.00 plus VAT.
Our Service:
- Property visit to value and appraise the property
- Marketing shots and floor plan (£88 plus VAT for Floor Plans)
- Advertising
- Site a ‘To Let’ board at the property
- Accompanied Viewings 7 days of the week and early evenings on request outside office hours
- Tenant Selection
- Reference up to two applicants then £100 plus VAT per applicant
- Draft a tenancy agreement and collect first month’s rent and deposit
- Pay to landlord
